Hey gang. Got a terrible migraine and on the verge of throwing up. In bed since yoga, can't sleep because of the pain. But darkness and silence is welcomed. Haven't managed to eat much because of it. I may have some toast later. The boy made me some carrot soup earlier but couldn't handle even half a bowl.

Hoping service will resume as normal tomorrow.

Poor Minks Feel better soon Hun.
Really know what its like - I have to have Botox treatment at Pinderfields Hosp for my Migraines since my Brain Op......was getting 20+ a month.

Rest up & hope it passes soon xxx
