Well haricot beans are just nude baked beans so that was my selling point

Good morning all! Happy friday eve to you, although today is my faux friday woo!

Food, well, I am going to go with green... the boy tells me its a buffet tonight but I'm not going to eat. I am going to cook up a quick quiche this morning and have some for breakfast, lunch is leftover bean chilli that was used in the lasagne and dinner.... probably sweet potato jacket with spring onions, feta or cottage cheese. Easy to make after the wedding reception. Got my grapes, banana and cherries for the day and a couple of hifi lights for b choice.

Best get cracking with quiche and showering! Xx

Mini quiches.... nom! Just scoffed one. Syn free, superfree and super tasty. Used black pepper cottage cheese.



Will have a couple this morning along with the grapes and cherries which I've pickef at whilst chatting to a work colleague. Have a HexA cheddar to go on my beany mix at lunch time.

Lets get faux friday cracked out and let the long weekend begin!! Xx

All muffins munched... so much for saving and a hifi light bar. Going to have my banana in a min. HexA milk used in coffees today because I'm feeling the need for lots of yummy choco hazelnut coffee! Xx

Little mini quiche muffins are so cute. What kind of dish did you use to cook them? I usually make one large one in a cassarole dish, but these are too cute.

The lasagne sounds fab and a perfect example of how something delicious can result in a bit of creativity. Think i'll re-create it myself for tomorrow nights dinner

Syn free coffee using hexa of milk obvs! Its the douwe egberts hazelnut and chocolate instant coffee. Delish!

Muffins I put in a silicone muffin tray, no frylight or cases needed! Think I only paid a fiver for it xx

And some good news for once!!! I've just been given a promotion! Ahhhhh! New dept being set up and was asked by the CEO if I wanted to be the Team Leader and I've accepted! Finally, progression and moving out of this bloody position! Woo!! Xxx
