Wow, up early and soooo organised!

I had a pants night - just couldn't sleep.........last look at clock 3.30 and up at 6.30 :( gonna b a very long day!

EE for me too - every day really :)

I was up mega early - OH gets up at 4:30 for work and sometimes I just can't get back to sleep once I have heard his alarm :(
As for Pants sleep, my body saves them up for sunday nights - always a horrendous sleep.
Hope you don't stay too sleepy or get the tired grumps today :D xxxx

Dinner was AWESOME!! Haven't made burgers this good in a long time. Seriously good. Didn't use ketchup, made my own tomato and chilli sauce so 1 syn off for ketchup but had a couple of chips for 2 syns so total 9 syns for today. Woo!

You are right honey, really need to get with the program!! What would you suggest.....more salad?
I am planning ham and egg salad for lunch tomorrow and steak and salad for tea - good job I like salad :)
Later will b having my grapefruit ....... Funny faces xx
 
I would have put salad with the lamb, but maybe a long the lines of green beans, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower. Or a mix! Broad beans are also nice!

As for grapefruit - you know what you can do with that!! I HATE the stuff, bleugh xxx
 
Good thinking lovely - am so grateful to you and am seriously impressed with the burgers and home made sauce......how do you find the time (and don't suggest I get up at 5.30!!!!)

No! Just ex lean minced beef done on the george foreman. The flash on my phone did make them look a little light for some reason?

As for the sauce it takes like 15 mins - you just put half a can of chopped toms in a pan, heat on medium, added Worcester sauce, chilli flakes, paprika, garlic granules and black pepper. And then pretty much leave on the heat stirring occasionally until it's thicker.

Some things take ages to cook, some so simple and barely need any faff at all. I'm all for the quick options to be fair :D xxx
 
Hey Minks, have caught up on yout past week - what a fantasmo loss! Very inspirational, I am going to half inch your chicken noodle soup recipe and your Tom/chilli reduction ASAP!!

Is a really, really nasty day here - heavy rain and windy........not good for dog walk :(

Reminded myself of how well you have done Minks and you must feel absolutely amazing. Think you should be Slimmer of the Year!

Am having a salad day today - piccies later hehe ........ Loving this and guess what it's Friday not-wine night!!!

Thanks Charley - christ knows where the loss came from to be honest!! It just crept out of no where and surprised me.
Defo recommend both the soup and the tommy sauce, I just had the sauce in a cheese and onion roll for breakfast and it was lovely. Although all I can taste is onion now which isnt too fresh at 9am :D xx

Hello sweetness, Friday indeed - thank god! Weather is horrific here too and I still braved the cycle to work (although I nearly got side swiped by the wind and that wasn't the nicest thing :()

As for Slimmer of the Year - hell no! There are some amazing people on here that have done so much better than myself and I bow down to them. Although I am very proud of where I am now and never in a million years would have thought that I could achieve this!! So in my little world I am SOTY :D

No wine here for me either, although I am going to an indoor BBQ tonight so will make sure I fill up on meat and salad! Have a lovely day too xxx
