Looking great. That size 10 fits you perfectly!

Thank you guys :) took all my measurements yesterday following when I took them last January after losing 4 stone and I have actually dropped 12.5 inches from my waist and down to 34"! Just need my hips to shrink a bit as they are still 40.5" :( but 66.5" lost over all since then woo! xx

After hitting another milestone last night, my buddies on here have kinda egged me on to chuck some before and afters on this forum. Now, please understand, I'm not at target and I have 1 stone 10 lbs to get to my first target - I may stick at that but I'm all for assessing when I get there.

Quick background for anyone who doesn't know....

I started off my SW journey at 20 stone 7 lbs. I'm nearly at my 2 year anniversary of losing. I haven't smashed through it as quickly as some but to be honest, I'm not racing anyone, I didn't gain all that weight in a month, and a girl has still gotta have a social life right? ;)

Here I am, way back in 2008 (apologies for my friends face in the first one...)

And then the dreaded work photo. This actually makes me feel disgusted with myself but I've changed and if this isn't motivation then I don't know what is!

So there we have it! Well, until target anyway! Hope it's not put any of you off your food (god forbid!) and if any one can take inspiration from my journey then I'll be one happy lass.

Good luck to all Starting, continuing and maintaining on this fabulous diet and change of life xxx

My gosh MinkyDinky look at you!! cannot believe thats you in your before piccys. You look amazing ! Truly a inspiration for me too. I was 5lb heavier than your start weight, and seeing how much you've lost and how well you look! Well wow. lol. It helps me see and realize i could lose more than im expecting! Im kinda struggling abit and not really lost anything this year! (6.5lb heavier than i was end of January when i got my 5.5st award) But started back to class, and seeing your before pics has helped give me alittle kick i need to get stricked again!

Your so close to target too, did you first set that when you began weightloss or changed it the more you lost? I dont have a proper target. Ive said 6st from the very beginning but obviously i can do more~!

p.s. i love the red hair :D xx

Awww thanks jess, and huge congrats on your amazing loss so far!

As for my target I didn't decide until I was 5 stone lighter and wanted a goal of 10 stone lost - target at 10s 7. But then I got to thinking whats another couple of lbs... and changed it to 10s 3 which will put me at half a pound over 50% of my original starting body weight. I never thought I'd get to where I am now but just seeing the numbers drop and the change in my body and energy and overall fitness keeps me going.

I wish you all the best in your journey too and cannot wait to see and hear about you getting to target too! Xx

Thanks :) Yeah im back to 5 stone loss & still unsure with what target id want so think il take it every 7lb at a time. Things should start moving down again now too :) Xx

Wowee! you look phenomenal!! What an inspiration you are! I am just beginning a similar journey - and looking at your beginning pictures is like looking in a mirror - I hope I can say the same in 2 years time xx

Thank you so much for sharing your story, you have done an amazing job and for all the right reasons, I think doing it for yourself is the only thing that works!

I hope you get the last bit off soon, loved looking at your pictures, I can almost feel your energy :)
