Hi all

Well had my third weigh in last night (after 2½ weeks on plan) and lost 2½lbs so that makes a total of 11lbs in 2½ weeks - unbelieveable. I am so so pleased. :D

I really want to "hit" that stone mark next week so am going to start going for a 15 minutes walk at lunch times - weather permitting of course.

Well done Minnie, you're doing really well! Introducing exercise is a really good idea - fingers crossed that you hit your stone mark next week!
