Mint and tomato dip

just made this dip and it was lush!

half tin of tomatoes chopped
colmans garden mint
3 spring onions chopped
jalapenos (optional)

mix all together, add mint according to how minty you want it.

goes lovely with SW chips or dip celery in. i love mint and this is very tasty

yummy, will have to try this. We grow our own mint and have yoghurt, lemon and mint dip a lot but this one with tomatoes sounds yummy!
