I've been okay, went to the football today and found that because I ate outside my plan I really only wanted 2 meals for the day.Lots of water tomorrow and the gym. Getting back on track after the weekend is the hardest for me.
I just ate dinner out, I had vege Lasagne? and now I have stomach ache from not having this type of food for sooooo long. I have to try and remember this pain and use it as a deterent not to eat out!
Water, water water!
