Miserable old bat no more!!!

    I've just had my weigh-in and I've lost 3lb! Not the biggest loss in the history of LT, but I'm overjoyed. It has given me the motivation to carry on, and over the weekend I felt so down. Thanks to everyone who took the time to urge me to carry on. :)

    Your right, it is good! If I lose that much in week I'd be really happy - considering I never use to lose anything like that before LT!

    Well done Cee-cee, 3lbs is brill. Well done also for sticking at it when you felt so down, thats the hardest bit.

    25lbs is amazing
