I have a pattern over a 7 day cycle..

days 1-4 I lose all the weight im going to in them days
days 5-7 my weight stays the same
back to days 1-4 and it starts again :)

so dont worry your body will find its pattern of losses

I know its hard, but try to stick to a weekly weigh in

The scales muck about with our heads too much - the main thing is inch loss, not weight loss (as its too variable) and no one knows what you weigh unless you tell them

Biggest favour you could do yourself is only do a weekly weigh in. Then you'll feel much better when you see a good loss

Hope this helps honey - I'm a serial wegher too, so had to put the scales out of sight as I was hopping on daioly and making myself miserable!
