Ok so here goes, since day one i've kept a diary online on the slimming world website but its just a log with no feedback and i'm getting in a rut after only losing 1/2 lb this monday at weigh in. Therefore i've decided to bite the bullet and post my Diary online.

today red day (i think)

Breakfast:
Muller Light Vanilla
1Plum
1Pear
1Apple

Lunch
2 slices of 400g w/m bread (HEXB)
30g Low fat cheddar
3 fish fingers 6 syns
1 tomato
lettuce
2tsp extra low fat mayo 1 syn
2 gerkins
4 seafood sticks

Dinner
1 chicken breast in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chinese 5 spice and diet coke
1 onion
5 button mushrooms
1 red pepper
cabbage
egg noodles


I think i went wrong somewhere as i couldn't enter the noodles as free buti did it manually because i figure there not bad :confused:

i'm planning on having either some fruit or some of my banana bread i made the other day as i'm still peckish but thats all.

what do you reckon? :eek:

Ok so i had a bad few days went off plan and didn't write a diary, drawing a line under it now and straight back on plan.

Today Green Day :

Breakfast:
Pancakes with Banana, lemon juice and sweetener. 5 Syns for plain flour, 1 egg and HEXA Skimmed Milk
w/ green tea

Lunch
Mozzarella Salad w/ Balsamic Vinegar :
Cabbage, Tomato, Cucumber and 57g half fat mozzarella cheese HEXB
w/ green tea

Dinner
SS Soup :
Red Lentils
Baked Beans
Mixed Bean Salad
Leek
Potato
Carrot
Parsnip
Onion
Shallot
Curly Kale
Turnip
Chicken Stock
w/ diet Irn bru

Supper
3 Ryvita w/ low low cheese spread HEXA+B

Syns
1 Skinny Cow Chocolate Dipper 3
1 Chuppa Chups Cherry 3.5
Plain Flour 5

much better methinks :) although i must say that soup :sick0019: !!

W/M Pitta with Ham and Cheese

SFC with SW Chips

Syns
WW Wine 250ml 4.5 syns
w/m bread in SFC 3.5 syns
Oil 2 syns

not great on veg and fruit but i'm trying :)

Bit confused how today was a red yet you had SW chips. You would have had to weigh these and work out the syn values. Your hex b was your All Bran and was your pitta the recognised hexb or any supermarket brand? Did you measure the milk for your cereal and the cheese with your lunch or are these guestimates. Perhaps you really need to decide at the beginning of the day what plan you will follow so it doesn't become confusing. Plan your meals, then plan some more then execute your plan. Did you have any teas or coffees with milk at all?

Hiya hon!

Your first day would be an Extra Easy day as you couldn't have the noodles on a Red day. But luckily as you only had 1 heb and 1 hea it was OK on Extra Easy and you had your 1/3 superfree with every meal :0)

Your 2nd entry (Green day) looks spot on!

your 3rd entry you will have to syn the SW chips as you've already used your 2 hebs on the pitta bread and cereal. if you want to have meat and carbs together like you did for dinner today you have to make it an EE day and only have 1 hea and 1 heb.

Ok i can see where i am going wrong!
I hardly ever have chips cause i never know what to have them with!
I used 2 medium sized potatoes with fry light and tsp of oil how would i syn these?
Also i only had fruit teas so no milk and i had muller light with my cereal. The cheese was my HEXA allowance of half fat double gloucester i weighed it and it was a sainsburys pitta but it is the same as a co-op one.
So Red is just meat and veg with 2 HEXA+B, green is Veg and Quorn WITH 2 HEXA+B and extra easy is everything but only 1 HEXA+B. Is this rightor am i still going wrong?
