Good luck on your low carb journey. I've just started following Atkins properly over the last few days and so was glad to find your thread.
And then it got better! - I learnt how to multiquote too, which is a skill I am sure that I will use sometime soon!

I had a few senior moments with names here recently
Hello everyone, i've been off atkins and had a few days where i've eaten what I want (whoops) so i've gone back to the cambridge diet, with my tail between my legs.
