Miss_G's 23lb Xmas challenge

Day 1

So, end of day 1..

A strawberry shake this morning and a banana one for dinner.

Just had a lovely chicken and salad tea. :)

Im craving something sweet as thats kind of the routine ive gotten myself in over the last few months but i'm being good and i might just have a tea with some sweetner in instead.

I've also decided my weigh ins are going to be every 10 days rather than every week.

Day 4

Day 4 and im still on the waggon :D

Not finding it too bad to get back into. I definitely didnt drink enough water yesterday so I need to sort that out.

Also tried the tomato soup. The first few spoonfuls werent too bad but I couldnt even finish it in the end... it made me feel sick! I tried a few additions from the cupboard but it didnt really help. Glad I only bought one to try it! I've got a veg one to try later so im hoping thats better.

DAY 7

I would usually weigh in after 7 days and updat my tickers but I thought it might be better for me to do it every 10 days instead.. so i'll be back at the weekend with the result! :eek:
 
DAY 10

Very pleased with a 7lb loss today. Its 10 days not 7 remember but really nice nevertheless. :)
