    Hi. This week I coudn't get to class on thursday because of the weather and suddenly yesterday I found myself eating anything and everything. my brain knew I shouldnt yet I still did it - why do we sabotage ourselves so easily. I get so cross with myself.

    I know what you mean- same thing happened to me on Thursday, I only ever do it when there's no one around to tell me off!
