missemma's 10 stone journey

Gym done, 25 minutes on the bike & 15 minutes on the treadmill, 10 of those minutes spent running and 5 spent dying haha!

Just on my way home, have been shopping in sainsbos and am stocking up on alpen lights for my stalking in June as they're easy to carry :) got a pot of that danio yoghurt too for 1 syn it looks tasty.

Dinner is going to be my left over gammon with whatever veg I can be arsed to cook. Have some leeks so may do them :)

Feel well good for gyming it tonight :)

They are amazing aren't they!? My fave is the tropical one, so yum! I mix it with my 30g of all bran golden crunch and some berries (the nicest breakfast) and so filling!

Am sure you'll get the 3lbs off this week, especially with all the exercise and red days you have planned x

These ones are properly creamy, they're a little bit like the 0% fat free greek style ones but don't taste sour like those ones. There is a nice peach one I might try next, they're currently BOGOF in Sainsbos.

Ooh that sounds lush, I've been trying to eat fruit for breakfast so might mix this on the top of my fruit, yummers.

So food totals for Monday;

1 alpen light bar on the way to work.
melon & cherries for breakfast.
1/2 HEa milk in 3 coffees.
chicken salad, orange & syn free yoghurt for lunch.
1 alpen light bar on the way home from the gym (HEb)
gammon, chicken & 1/2 HEa cheese salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & peppers), 1 danio yoghurt (1 syn) & a hot choc (2 syns).

Mucho superfree & free food in there, feeling good today.
Going to start taking my vitamins again from tonight, my knee has been playing up so hoping some cod liver oil & evening primrose oil will help with that.

Thats a total of 3 syns for the day.

Oh and my plan for tomorrows food is mostly similar to today;

Alpen light for breakfast to kick start the slowest metabolism ever.
Pineapple & cherries for breakfast.
Chicken salad for lunch.
Alpen light for after work snackage.
Then some kind of meat and salad maybe, or meat and veggies, meat meat meat.

I have plans after work so not sure what will happen to dinner but something nice. I might buy a small skinny latte for my HEa on the way out :D

Love the danio yogurts - the raspberry one is my fave but be careful - only the strawberry one is 1 syn! The passion fruit, raspberry or cherry are 1 1/2 syns and the peach or blueberry ones are I think 3 syns!!!!!!!!

Ooh thank you, I would have bought the peach one next, although I did notice that the strawberry one is 128 cals whereas the blueberry & peach are 158!

Delish food today hun!

I'll be chucking a post out re saturday tonight, few options for us xx

I saw it, if I reply does it reply to all? I was going to say shall I meet you ladies at Kings Cross? I only need to hop on the Northern Line so can be there for whenever. I could meet you girlies outside Starbucks in Kings Cross? Those restaurants look good, I liked the last one most out of all of them, is it wrong that I looked at the wine/cocktail list first ;) haha.

Today has been a lovely lovely lovely day. I was at work but I was on a study day, it started at 9 and was meant to finish at 430, however it finished dead early at 3pm. So I had already planned to go to the gym so off I went, did 50 minutes in there, it was empty and I worked properly hard. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill - 20 of those minutes were just pure running! I am a rubbish runner but I've been building it up gradually. On Monday (after not being for ages) I managed a 10 minute run which is good for me, so today I decided I would try and up that to 12 minutes & see how I felt, 12 minutes went by and I wasn't quite dead so I thought why not try for 15, so I did and the 15 minutes came and went and all I kept thinking to myself was 1 more minute, then suddenly 20 minutes had gone past, I was well chuffed with myself. Walked for the last 10 minutes, some of the walking was SO slow as my legs felt like jelly but, well pleased :) I then did 20 minutes on the bike and toodled off home.
Got home & then got a text from my friend who gave birth yesterday who is still in the hospital that she was bored so I got showered and went back to the hospital and saw her, oh my, her bubba is SO cute, it's made me all broody, he kept smiling (I reckon it was wind haha) and is just so cute.
So nice nice day.

Food as well has been lush, I had another red day today, loving the red days.

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 alpen light bar, pineapple chunks.
Snack: 1 skinny latte (decaff) - HEa.
Lunch: 4 ryvita (HEb), 6 laughing cow EL triangles (HEa), cucumber & tomato.
Gym!
Dinner: Ham & egg salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber & peppers with some syn free dressing.
Pudding: Hot chocolate (2 syns) and my second alpen light (HEb).

Nomnomnom.

Total of 2 syns for the day. Am stuffed and currently sitting on my bed awaiting The Apprentice & then 24 Hours in A&E.
Day off tomorrow WAHOO.

Ah that sounds like a really lovely day in so many ways, glad you've had a good one! Would you ever have imagined before you started your weight loss journey that if you got out early from work you'd be heading to the gym and loving it instead of heading home and to the sofa?? :D x

No way, I would never have thought that I'd be running 20 minutes on the treadmill 3 years ago, it's amazing isn't it :D
