    Hey everyone :) well I'm getting married on 1st march! & I don't want to b a fat bride :( I want to look Blumin stunning of I'm honest lol :) I started slimming world a couple of weeks ago & love it!! I thought I'd start a diary thread on here to keep me motivated :) feel free to join me on my weight loss journey, all advice tips etc are more than welcome!! & I would love to no how u r all getting on ;)

    Mon 3rd oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml semi skimmed milk
    Heb- weetabix oaty bar
    Free foods- potatoes, mushy peas, salad, pickled onions, gerkins, chicken tikka pieces, pineapple, strawberry, apple
    Syns- birds eye breaded fish fillet 7.5
    Hellmanns extra light Mayo 1

    Tues 4th oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml s s milk
    Heb- 2 alpen light bars
    Free foods- ww yoghurt, salad, gerkins, pickled onions, roast pork, salad, pasta (cheese & broccoli).
    Syns- turkey ham 1

    Wed 5th oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml s s milk
    Heb- 2 alpen light bar
    Free food- ww yoghurt, strawberry, pineapple, apple, egg, mushrooms, s/onions, spaghetti hoops, salad, diet coke chicken, sw chips, salad, mango & apple yoghurt.
    Syns- turkey ham 1/2
    2x175ml White wine 12

    Thurs 6th oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml s s milk
    Heb- 42g all bran
    Free foods- salad, gerkins, pickled onions, ww yoghurt, pasta, tomato, cucumber, s/onions.
    Syns- turkey ham 1
    Cheese 28g 4
    Cherry choc 6

    Fri 7th oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml s s milk
    Heb- 2 alpen light bars
    Free foods- salad, potato, cottage cheese, tomato pasta, salad
    Syns- r fat cheese 2 1/2
    Hershey's choc 3 1/2

    Sat 8th oct
    EE
    Hea- 250ml s a milk
    Heb-2 alpen light bars
    Free foods- ww yoghurt, watermelon, eggs, mushrooms, salad, spaghetti hoops, mushy peas, baked beans, onions, potatoes
    Syns- turkey ham 1
    Hershey's choc 3 1/2

    Heb- 2 slices wholemeal warbourtons 400g loaf
    Free foods- mushrooms tomatoes, baked beans, sweet & spicy mugshot, mushy pea curry with extra tomatoes & mushrooms, sw chips
    Syns- turkey ham 1/2
    Hershey's dark choc 3 1/2

    Wi 2mro! * week started thurs so we will c what happens :s I lose appetite when it's *week :( yet still usually put on weight :(

    I too am losing weight for my wedding! I just have to keep thinking of my dress! It works well when I am stood in front of the fridge craving something naughty! As the say "fridge pickers wear bigger knickers"! Chin up keep positive 6lbs is an excellent loss, just a 1lb off your half stone!

    Well I kinda fell off the wagon yday!! :( but not as spectacularly as it could have been :)
    Mon 10th oct
    Hea- 250ml s s milk
    Heb-
    Free foods- potato, carrots
    Syns- 3 bgty sausage (1 1/2) fish & chips w mushy peas & curry sauce (38 ) 2 Hershey's choc bars (7) bottle dry White wine (25 1/2)bottle Stella cidre (11)

    So it could have been worse!! But I'm back on it 2day :) xxx

    Your food diaries look really good and saintly well done!!

    What kind of things have you been having for your midday meal?

    Hey sw is s great plan :) ul love it! Good luck for your wi on wed! I usually have a salad with ham or jacket potato, or mugshot & fruit if I'm at work :) breakfasts usually r all bran & fruit, or eggs mushrooms & tomatoes on toast if I'm at home, or 2alpen light bars, yoghurt & fruit if I'm at work :) hope this helps :) xxxx

    Plan-EE

    Free foods- chilli chicken supernoodles, salad, pineapple, apple, mandarin, tomato & herb pasta, salad.
    Syns- turkey ham 1

    Had a low syn day today to make up a little for yesterday :)

    Well I just worked out that u can have 105 syns a week took away 83 that I've already had on my wine & fish & chips & divided by 5! I have 4.4 syns everyday for the rest of the week :) may round it down to 4 :) lol xx

    Gosh feeling so ill so haven't done a diary for yesterday! I feel so sick that iv hardly eaten a thing so I hope that it doesn't affect my losses :( still feeling terrible 2day so no idea how il b 2mro :(

    Well I've had a week off :( I've been so sick so hardly eaten yet put loads of weight on :( back to basics as of 2mro!! My aim is to see the number 16 on the scales by tues 15th November! As my oh has got to let's to go see England play @ wembley!! I can't have the gorgeous men that play for eng see me like this lol ;)

    Well that wasn't too bad :) could have been a lot worse! 2weeks off & being v poorly too & only 2.5lb on! ;) anyway I am now back on track 100% :) diarys will start again from 2day!!

    On nights at the mo so I shall c how my food works out :s I tend not to eat when I'm on nights :s

    Well really I should have made it a green day but only just realised & on the nightshift again so no way I can change it now!! :) xxxx
