Mission

So my little brother is gwtting married in November n it has given me the incentive to loose some podge

The last year has been chaotic to say the least, got pregnant, moved house, got divorced

But I have lost the podge before so know I can do it again

This time it will be a lil more challenging as I am still breast feeding so can't take any xenical to help start me off.

I am also limiting gluten and dairy from my diet as wisdom and experience makes me realise I binge on these and bloat

Just made n finished a yum stir fry:

50g prawns
5 baby corns cut in half
5 mange tout cut in half
1 pak choi cut in florets
2 florets brocol1/4 tin lighht coconut milk
1 inch fresh ginger sliced
1 inch cut up fresh lemon grass
1/2 a fresh chilli

No noodles but was yum n very filling
