BREAKFAST: Omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 quorn sausage
LUNCH: 3 pieces WW wholemeal toast (HEX) and mackerel
DINNER: Scrambled egg, quorn sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms
DESSERT: Chopped apples and grapes with low fat yoghurt
HEX: 3 mini babybel light, 350mls skimmed milk, the ww bread

BREAKFAST: stayed in bed till 11am, so none
LUNCH: 3 slices WW wholemeal toast (HEX) and beans
DINNER: Beef Stew minus the beef and dumplings :/
DESSERT: Grapes and very low fat natural yoghurt
( Also, got hungry later on and had a jacket potato with tuna mayo and pasta, oops)
HEX: the ww bread above, 3 mini babybel light, 350 mls skimmed milk, 85g tuna above

ok, there's been a few cock-ups today as im not well so DF has been cooking lol.
BREAKFAST: 3 slices WW wholemeal toast, mackerel
LUNCH: Omelette with tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon
DINNER: Jacket potato (i know, i know), Beans (again, i know), tuna mayo.
