I'm on week 2 of SW!! so thought it a good idea to keep track of my foods!!

I can look back then to see what I ate for good weeks losses!! and what to avoid!!

Day 1

Breakfast - 2 Alpen bars and 2 peaches!

Day 2 - another gooood day!! topped off with a bike ride!!

breakfast - 2 alpen bars, grapefruit

Lunch - sushi, muller lite, fruit cocktail

dinner - subway roll with beef and chicken salad

bike ride in the forest!

so a good day for me!!
