    I'm on week 2 of SW!! so thought it a good idea to keep track of my foods!!

    I can look back then to see what I ate for good weeks losses!! and what to avoid!!

    ok here goes!!

    Day 1

    Breakfast - 2 Alpen bars and 2 peaches!

    so far so good!! lol

    lots of water and coffee

    Dinner
    Syn free chilli with rice and jalapenos
    Muller light

    No Syns today!! Some days I just dont need them!! I love this Extra Easy!!!

    Day 2 - another gooood day!! topped off with a bike ride!!

    breakfast - 2 alpen bars, grapefruit

    Lunch - sushi, muller lite, fruit cocktail

    dinner - subway roll with beef and chicken salad

    bike ride in the forest!

    so a good day for me!!

    egg salad
    melon
    m&s muller lite type yogurt x 2

    dinner

    chicken salad, jacket potato, cottage cheese

    syns - salad dressing 2

    tea, water, diet pepsi

    You are doing so well, your menus are lovely, I am on week 3 (WI tuesday), have lost 8.5lbs and find keeping the diary both motivating and addictive!
