Wow Missy... thats fantastic!! I've sts again which I'm more than happy with as my head is not in the right place & I've not been following 'any' kind of eating routine... at least I know I can maintain!

not sure about the weight loss this week...might have to weigh in tmrw due to work on friday but ill check my shifts today.

im hoping to lose 7lbs over the next 2 weeks for my cushion for my jollies lol i expect to put that much on in a week!

how is everyone else?
