Hi Guys

I have been on here a few times before, and having had a baby in September its now time to get back on the SW train ;)

I put on 4.5 stone whilst pregnant (i put on 4.7 stone when preg with DD1) and 4 months on i have around 2stone to lose to get back to the top end of my target.

I will weigh in on a Friday but have started today to get me in the right frame of mind.

EE

Brekkie 2 egg omlette with ham and mushrooms, salad and salad cream (2) coffee with sugar (2)

Lunch: pasta n sauce with peppers, courgette, mushrooms and rocket

Strawberries & cherries

Dinner: Gammon, mushrooms, salad, jacket pot (8 for butter and cheese)

pudding made out of 2 slices nimble (hex b) covered with 1 egg whisked with milk and sweetener, put in oven for 20 mins and a muller light on top

Milk hex a - used in coffee, omlette and pudding

Ok, so weighed myself this morn and ideally would like to lose 30lb to get to my ideal(ish) weight.

Having EE day today:

Brekkie: coffee (1) 2 scrambled eggs on a slice of nimble (part of hex b)

skinny latte (hex a) and sugar (1)

Lunch: Jacket pot with beans and cheese (4) salad

Dinner: not sure yet

We are having a party tomorrow so need to keep an eye on my syns today - will be making s/f vodka jelly and will try and stick to vodka all night with diet coke or lime and soda, there wont be any food apart from a few bowls of crisps as we are eating before so fingers crossed it wont be too bad x
 
Well, the party was great fun, but i am shattered now!!

EE today, waiting for shopping to be delivered as have no fruit in and only a few bits of random veg

Lunch: l/f sweet chilli supernoodles with chicken and veg chucked in

Dinner: will decide when shopping gets here!

Shattered today as baby kept me up most of the night - not with hunger but looking for her dummy, have decided to take it off her completely as i am getting up every night to put it back in and have no energy to exercise :(

So, today EE

2 x coffee's with sugar (2)

lunch: pasta n sauce (1) with onion, mushroom, sweetcorn and broccoli

dinner: roast chicken, pots, veg and gravy (2)

Forgot to post yesterday - did go slightly over on syns but not by many. Had no heating for 2 days so hoping being cold will burn off extra fat;)

Today EE

Brekkie: bacon sandwich with 2 slices nimble, squirt of ketchup (1)
coffee with sugar (2)

Lunch: Pasta n sauce with loads of veg chucked in

Dinner: Pork stir fry with noodles or egg fried rice (3 syns for sauce)

Snacks: muller, fruit

Exercise: Gillian Michaels 30 day shred

Weigh day tomorrow and then off to St Ives for my bday :D
 
First weigh in -2.5lbs:D, would have been more if i hadnt drunk sooo much vodka at the party last weekend. Im still chuffed though!!

27.5lbs to go!!!

Lunch: Pork stir fry with noodles

Will report back after the weekend - determind to stick to vodka and avoid the wine xx
 
Had a lovely birthday weekend in St Ives, stuck to plan as much as possible although did get involved with a bit too much alcohol so have to be 100% until Friday.

Today EE

Brekkie: bacon, mushrooms, tomatos, scrambled eggs, fruit and yoghurt

2 x coffee with sugar (2)

Lunch: pasta n sauce with spinach, mushroom and peppers, muller

Dinner: Gammon, roast pots, broccoli, carrots, peas, gravy (2)

Today: My Bday :D woke up to a bedroom filled with balloons by my OH!

EE:
Brekkie: eggs, mushrooms, ham & beans
2 x coffee with milk & sugar (2)

Lunch: out for lunch but going to have either fish and new pots or gammon

Dinner: being cooked by oh, king prawns in breadcrumbs with sweet chilli sauce and salad (2 for sauce), steak with stir fried veg and noodles with chilli and ginger - will work out syns after dinner as need to keep an eye on him!!

Had a lovely birthday meal cooked for me by OH, went slightly over on the syns as he had got me a chocolate cake, but i only had the tiniest bit and gave OH and DD1 most of the rest, and then i threw what was left in the bin!! :D

Lunch: pasta n sauce with onion, mushroom, broccoli and spinach chucked in

Dinner: pork, veg and egg fried rice (3 for sauce)

muller, freddo frog (5) half a choc digestive (2)

dinner: cottage pie (1) with veg
muller and strawberries

hex b, nimble

am going to try and set an exercise target and a mini goal to acheive, will set these on friday when i weigh in
 
Weighed in and lost 0.5lb this morn which is great considering it was my birthday week and i ate and drank far more than usual

27lbs to go!!

today:

brekkie: 2 eggs, bacon, mushrooms 2 x nimble

snack: muller and banana

lunch: at my sisters - syn free chicken and veg stew

snack: grapes and satsuma

dinner: chicken dhansak (7), boiled rice, salad, half a poppodom (2)

exercise: 30 mins continous swimming

half set myself a couple of mini targets, will put these in my sig x
 
Haven't been able to 'go' for the last couple of days, so have stripped the shelves in co-op of cherries and strawbs as these always seem to help - no wonder they are speed foods!!

Today EE:

Brekkie: french toast with strawberries, options hot choc (2)

coffee with sugar (1)

Lunch: having lunch out,will have either mixed bean chilli or veg goulash, approx (4)

Dinner: Chicken and prawn egg fried rice with loads of garlic stir fried veg

Exercise: 20 min walk - will do more in the week

Had a good weekend and kept to plan, managed a few cheeky vodkas on sat night but wasnt really up for getting drunk - kept thinking about the syns!!

Half term this week so have DD who is 6 at home, plus the baby, trying to get out for some fresh air and exercise everyday as long as weather permits, Yesterdays short walk turned into nearly 2 hours which was lovely, we went up to Berry Head and did the killer walk back up the hill to our house.

Today EE:

Brekkie: 2 x coffee with sugar (2), fruit salad, muller and alpen light

Snack: alpen light

Lunch: King Prawn stir fry with noodles, chilli, ginger and garlic

Dinner: 3 sausages (1.5), mash, veg and gravy (2)

Hex a: milk
Hex b: alpen lights

Will use some more syns for some choccie later :D

Didnt get a chance to post over half term, lost 1lb on Friday, so its coming off slowly, really glad DD is back at school this week as was hard looking after the baby and DD whilst trying to stick to SW and exercise!!

Today EE:

Coffee (0.5)

Skinny Latte with amaretto syrup (2.5)

Brekkie: 1 banana, 1 muller

Lunch: Ainsley Harriot roasted veg cous cous (1) with salad and tzatziki (2)

Dinner: Chicken stir fry with noodles, lots of soy sauce and chilli

Exercise: 1 hour walk + 1 hour aqua zumba
 
Today: EE

Brekkie: sachet oatso simple with milk & raspberries, cherries

Coffee with sugar (2)

Lunch: Pan fried lemon sole with soy sauce and chilli flakes served with stir fried veg and noodles
3 x cadbury shortcake (6), strawberries & mullerlight

Dinner: John Dory fillets, jacket pots and veg

Exercise: 30 day shred
