Mix a moose

Hiya
Whenever I make the moose it's either set hard or doesn't set at all just wondering how everyone makes there's I've done the mix it in the packet with a shake first thing.
How much water do u use?

I use 150mls of ice cold water mix with the shake with a level spoon of Mix a Mousse powder. Blitz with belnder then pour into freezer proof dish & pop into the freezer for approx 15/20 minutes. It shouldnt freeze completeley if you do the above if anything it will just be firmer round the edges. The more air you whip into it with the blender the more 'bubbly' it becomes.

The Choc Mint is lovely as a mousse and I have one nearly every day :D
