    chicken wrapped in lean bacon, on sliced tomatoes and courgettes, topped with cheddar (hea), diced potato (heb)

    egg mayo (2.5) bread (HEB) tomato, plum, banana

    2 large potatoes, salmon, huge salad, mayo lite (2.5)
    shape yogurt, strawberries, biscuit (2.5)
    munchies
    small slice toast and butter (5.5), pot of cottage cheese, slice of ham, plum and melon
    dinner
    slow cooked chinese beef (2.5)carrots, onion, courgette, tomatoes, noodles, shape yogurt.
    milk in coffee (hea)
