MIXING UP SHAKES

hi all, am on lipotrim but i have a month supply of avidlite i had wanted to use but changed my mind. they soon expire and am wondering if i can use these when i run out of this weeks supply of lipotrim, thanks has anyone done this and still lost well pls

i'm not quite sure i don't really know the diet but if they are similar to lipotrim i shouldn't see any problem. but hope someone will let you know soon. good luck with the answer
