Hi Hun, I mixed and matched no problems, used to have half cottage cheese and half chicken, Never slowed my loss x

if you don't mind me asking how much did you loose and how long did it take please?

Were you on the 790 cal plan and did you experience a great loss in the first week but hardly much in the next two?

P.S any tips i have about 2 stone to go i want to loose it by my 25th in july.

Hiya. I've been on 790 since the start - 7 weeks now. My losses are as below in my signature. The one week I had a poor loss I was at a wedding and ate loads so ignore that one. My average is around 3lbs a week.

:( I had a great loss of 7 pounds the first week then one pound last weekand i think this week it will be one 1 lb again if i am lucky!!! I am sticking to the diet and its hard work.

Weigh in is saturday i am going to be good till then and its its only 2 lb loss i don't know what i will do....?
