M'ladys diary

i am low with this now, its a slow old loss for me and i wonder if putting it into a diary will help me.

todays food....

2 x Weetabix with semi skim milk (hex a)

Snack; strawberries and bannana and pineapple

Lunch; Salad-lettuce cucumber, beetroot, onion, radish, eggs, small portion cooked pasta, tuna, fat free dressing.

not sure yet if to do an EE/green (and have tuna as 2nd hex b) or red day and have pasta as (2nd hex b)!? think it may be a EE day as I can have veggies or fruit with my tea...

tea was jacket potato and beans
syns.......wine in the evening LOL

keep it up...slow loss is better than no loss...and no loss is beter than a gain..

My loss in the first and 2nd week was good but now it has slowed down, but i keep on saying to my self 'tiny steps'

Writing a diary and posting it on here will help

weetabix oaty bites (hex b)

Tea; SW chips, eggs and peas

Here's a big :) from me. I think you need a bit of cheering up. Hope your food jottings on here help you to realise that even though sometimes it's not all :D and plain sailing it will be so worth it when you reach your goal..... And just for good measure:) :) :)
