mmmm feel bit ....dunno!

Really useful. I have to admit I'm a scales addict, weigh myself every evening and how I feel about myself is definitely triggered by what numbers come up on the scale - either a fab day or a crap day depending on the result. knowing any gain could well be just water helps, so maybe I should not beat myself up about it as much
