mmmmm Butternut Squash Chips - 0 points!!

Hey if you bake it in the oven whole for half an hour, the skin just falls off ands its so easy to cut. Then you can cut it, spray with oil and bake to make wedges. Or add to stock for soup, or whatever you fancy!!

These sound really nice. I once tried sweet potato chips but they really were not nice at all so I'll see if these are any better.
 
i may try them tomoz as well :) does anyone know if they reheat well?
 
Going to try and make these and thinking could be nice with black pepper on or some spices? I love roasted veggies but just want to know are there any veggies I should avoid? I normally do leek, onion, carrot, parsnip and peppers are they all ok?
 
these are all o points except parsnip they have points as does sweetcorn and peas but babycorn does not :)
