how do you makew truffles?

i used chocolate shake but u can use any, and mix with a lil cold water into a mix (like cake mix) kinda texture and then make small 'truffles' on a plate i made 10 and then freeze for 50 mins

one bad thing is they melt really really quickly

What do you put them on when you make them up? Mine stuck to the plate!! i did get one off eventually, with the help of a hammer and chisel

oh, i jus put mine on a plate they came off quite easily for me with just a knife

I put mine on a plate as well, but couldn't get them off for love nor money! mabye i have to leave them out for 5 mins first (greedy sod that i am wanting to stuff them in my mouth so fast i prob wouldnt even taste them) as they were in the freezer a good couple of hours but one thing's for sure they were delicious
