Mmmmmm my latest fad

Just thought I'd tell you my latest fad. Strawberry Onken yoghurt with a crushed up meringue nest....ooohhhh it's lovely. It comes in big 450g pot that are 3 1/2 points (6pp) for the lot and it's so creamy. I've been on ww yoghurts for ages so these are a welcome change. 1 point for the nest and sometimes if I'm being extra greedy I'll have sf jelly aswell. I'll have half a pot for brekky and the rest later for pud....delish...

They are 1 point or 1 pro point have just worked it out on both calculators. Make sure it's the low fat onken yoghurt and not the wholewheat bio one cos they are higher points ;-)

ive been having tesco light choices natural yog with my cereal of a morning you get 100g of it for 1pp and its yum mix in raisins for an extra kick

Sound gorgeous - going to pop them on my shopping list thanks for the tip.

I also freeze my normal size low fat yoghurts and get them out half an hour before I eat them and they taste lovely, a little bit like ice cream ish! if you try and fool yourself into thinking its naughty it can help! So I keep them for my night time tv snacks.
