Breakfast - Baked beans on toast - HEX B
Snack - Grapes
Lunch - Butternut Squash Soup with Parmesan Cheese (own recipe) - HEX A + 2.5 syns
Snack - Clementine
Dinner - Savoury Mince and Brown Rice (huge portion!)
Snack - Mullerlight Vanilla and Choc yoghurt

hi momtoben welcome to s/s and minimins i find it helps to have a diary then if you have a good loss one week u can look back to see what food u ate and follow it again to try and get a good loss good luck losing the lbs x
