    Added 2 babybel lights (HEa)

    Dinner
    Huge Jacket Potato
    1/2 light baked beans
    tuna
    1 teaspoon mayo

    Mullerlight
    2 small red wines (8 syns)
    2 light digestive biscuits (6 syns)
    coffee

    (No HEb!! tut tut)

    Lol Nat, I think most days I eat sooo much (maybe toooo much)... how it works is beyond me!!

    So heres the evidence..

    Tuesday Diary
    Breakfast
    Banana
    Actimol 0% (1.5)

    Lunch
    Tesco lemon and coriander cous cous
    added ham
    added cherry toms
    added red pepper
    huge portion of melon, a kiwi, raspberries and blueberries

    snack
    4 sesame ryvitas (HEb)
    2 laughing cow triangles (light) & a babybel light (HEa)

    Dinner
    Quorn Chilli
    Rice

    1 G&T small (2.5syns)
    coffee
    1 light digestive biscuit (3 syns)

    Total syns 7
