Monday 18th june starters.

congrats on those doing well., I cant get motivated to stick to it. hoping that since my family have gone on holiday IK can start tomorrow and not worry about having excuse of "oh 1 meal wont hurt" as it does as it dont turn into one meal into turns into 1 binge :-(

Hey there peeps ur quite right becky_1701 on occasions wen 1 say oh 1 bite wont hurt or just a small portion for me plse....wots the point in all that who am im I kiddin? jus myself really no1 else so yet again start ov another new week 3 stone 2 lose and august is getting closer;-);-) I know once ur in a few days things will get easier hope every1 does 100% tomorrow and the next day and the next day lets keep telling ourselves this REALLY will get easier and believe it:)

How you all doing? Getting bit lonely over here. Have to say this has been the worst that I've ever been at restarting. Any newbies if you are in 100% keep to it as long as possible, it will save you so much hassle in the long run.

Despite me mucking about. Have had various social events. First time round I stuck 100% but this is my 3rd or 4th or ....... restart so this time trying to be realistic. so this weekend going to do WS on Sat Sun. As this is 100% don't want to be distracting anyone that is in the zone. Definitely worth it to get that first week then month over you. you'll be flying in no time. Despite me doing some heavy socialising this last month I've still lost 8lb. Well behind target but I'm happy enough. Really needing a bigger loss next week.
