Well after yesterday and my good doings I nibbled.... needles to say this morning back up 700gm! Not pleased about it but not allowing it lead to giving up and I am back on my plan today and focused on succeeding. I really feel good about this. I know it is only going to help me to succeed in the next 4 weeks.
AM next week is week 2 not 3. I might have miss read your post or confused you in my previous one. Anyway next week is week 2. Hoping on my scales to be 73kg's. I figure the 700gm should be gone in 2 days and then that's 1.3 to loose from Monday to next Sunday. Like I said a busy week and so long as I am organised there really is no room for cheating/nibbling (no time at all).
Going to change my ticker to, to reflect my 700gm gain. which also changes my goals. But I have to be honest with my self. I have lots of marking to do today and then the gym and going to have a massage this afternoon.

Baffled back up to 75 this morning and can only put it down to drinking right up until bed?? It's not TOM and I had a great day with food.
Decided now to weigh every second day or only twice a week for the this week. I think Thursday and Sunday or Wednesday and Saturday?? I think the continual losses are now going to be stalling or less frequent and smaller. Good thing is I still feel slim this morning.
More I think about that the more convinced I am actually. Tomorrow is when all the production stuff at school gets started and doesn't finish until Saturday night. Busy busy busy I shall be.
I've had a good day still resisting the urge to eat and really looking forward to rejoining slimming world as I am having the oddest cravings.... protein??? wtf I am usually a carb girl!
Have you done your measurements? That really helped me when my weight was stalling... not just your waist measurements?
Good idea. Will do tomorrow morning. I have some from when I was measuring at the beginning of CD about 7 weeks or so ago. My waist began as in my signature and is now at 75cm so that has shrunk and my belly also along with my back rolls!!!Only 1 left now LOL!!!

we don't have SW in Oz. When you have your op will you still do CD on a higher plan?? or go to SW??

Going to move up the plans in September before seeing the consultant as I don't haved a date for the op just yet.... then when I hit 1500 join SW- The diet rocks... perhaps the online version is available in oz?
Work has been so stressful today and I have eaten about 5 coffee lollies!!!! I've had 2 ltrs of water and hhoping to get another 1.25ltrs down before bed. I will be up most of the night doing the program for our production........
So going to have to get back on track tomorrow. Still not going to worry about things and not going to tempt fate with scale hopping. Although I am very upset with myself. I really want 4/5kg's to be gone in 4 weeks time.
Yep was up late last night and that isn't good when your dieting. Also I haven't been to the toilet in 2 days and think that this might be my weight /scale issue.
Couldn't help myself this morning and hopped on.. back down to 74.7...yay!!! But come on I want out of the 74's if I want to be 70ish in 3.5weeks!
Bren you are doing so well, look at the mini goals you have achieved in the last few weeks.... puts things into perspective huh? Its amazing we are never happy no matter how quick it comes off!
