Hun if you are SSing still they will. Trust me even when you start moving up the plans your body still enjoys loosing.

Keep at it. Scales have revealed a 900gm loss from yesterday morning. So I am finally feeling confident things are going to work for me with this. Xmas I plan to be maintaining.

AM I looooooove the thought of that!

I know it's bad to scale hop but... I weigh this afternoon what I weighed this morning and I only have to have dinner, so things are looking good.

I do face this dilemia though..... once I stop daily weighing I become scared of the scales and dont want to hop on them again. Sometimes the thought of knowing my weight has, of could have gone up makes me turn to nibbling! So said I wouldn't WI until Sat morning but I will be too scared then as I've not been on them in a couple of days.

You'll be fine... the motivation is there.... your diet break did you the power of good.... your scale break will be the same xx gonna miss you!
 
Well I umped onthis morning and I am the same a yesterday. However.... excuse the details.... i bought and took a colon clensing powder yesterday and well..... it really cleared me out this morning so I am feeling thin today. Enough to keep me on track. i am feeling very empowered with food at the moment. I control it. Just want to work on that theory with the scales.

And hun, yes have missed you too. And will miss you but I am hoping to somehow get access to the internet???

well I leave on Sat night, so will post on your friday night , my Sat morning. I'm away for 2 weeks and the first 6 days I will be CCing still and the other 8 days will be CD 1000 ish;

shake
apple
yogurt and banana
bar
3 crackers
coffee
sprite zero
250 cal meal
coffee and WW biscuit/atkins bar?

Actually that's around 1200 cals per day. But I will be walking for about 6 hours per day. Shifts are 7.30am until 10.30 pm!

Thanks Shantel, I would love to be there at the end of November hun. Definitely feeling really positive and confident about seeing this through, doing it at a sensible and manageable pace for me and living my life at the same time.

ok so I feel a 10 week challenge coming on.... Lets do it Bren... not in terms of diet.... perhaps an exercise challenge whatcha think? Thats 1lb per week with an extra 2 to spare.... we can do this!

i get back on the 5th of Oct however, i will be as of tomorrow doing 6 days at the gym. Then the following 8 days when i am working this carnival I will be on my feet for 16 hours a day and walking continuously for about 6hrs. Definitely know that I will be burning some cals that week.

SO WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT??? THE GYM...?

I am hoping to be under 74 when i get home. Currently 75.4. Haven't since you and I met managed to get below 74.3/ 74.1

i am definitely going to strive for this over the next 2 weeks. I have 15 days to rid my body of 1.5kg's (so 4lbs).

1lb a week.... its not much and on amy convential diet it could be done... on our calories and with exercise (not necessarily gym) minimum 5 times per week, we will get this done!
