Looked and looked at the books, wrote things down today but tomorrow is the real start. Been a sw member before but I've 4 years ago, two kids and a wedding later I need to get back to it. I'm so used to eating as much and when I want for so long. I'm dreading starting and giving in too quickly. I need to do this for me! Any tips for starting over, staying on it and getting on with it please?? Xx
