    B: Food Dr bagel 9.5 syns, lf peanut butter 2 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
    L: Roast chicken, roast bns & fennel HE B olive oil, steamed carrots & broccoli
    D: Bacon omelette, half fat cheese HE A, 1 slice toast HE B, spread 2 syns

    S: banana
    E: rest day today
    W: 2 litres

    weetabix HXB, yogurt & fruit
    Banana, Apple
    Pasta salad (Free), Yogurt
    Banana
    SW Chips & Quorn Sauages
    Fruit
    Ryvita HXB, Laughing Cow HXA, tomato & onion

    Tea & loads of water during day

    b 2 x alpen light bars hexb and muller, milk hexa

    l Chicken sandwich with 2 tbsp ex light mayo 1.5 sins ww danish hexb

    D ham and egg salad with cheese hex a

    Snacks apple, clementine, muller, sunbites 5 sins

    Lots of water and hoping to get to the gym later.
