Well girlies, after a thoroughly naughty weekend staying with family near Windsor (my posh relatives) I am back baby!

No more messing around! I did run yesterday morning though so I am still on track with exercise!!

B: Fruit salad, mullerlight, Skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
MM: hi fi bar HE B

L: WW spaghetti, salad
MA: carrot & celery sticks

D: burgers on the grill, salad, bns chips (HE B for olive oil)

S: fruit/veg
E: rest day today
W: 3 litres

B: Banana & Cup of Tea.

L: Pasta salad with pepper, sweetcorn, red onion, egg, mayonnaise (5 sins) and Tuna (1 HE B). + a mandarin.

D: Quorn Spaghetti Bolognaise with wholewheat pasta and shaved Parmesan (1 HE A), Mullerlight.

i've had my eat on today!!!

Breakfast: HEX A skimmed milk; HEX B crunchy bran; banana

Lunch - tinned spaghetti; HEX B wholemeal toast

Snack - bowl of fresh pineapple

Dinner - small jacket potato; plain salad; 3 or 4 tsp margarine (allowed 6 sins as unsure of value)

Snack - 2 x birdseye vegetable fingers (5 sins)

Dinner # 2!!! - homemade sin free spicy potato wedges; half can bbq baked beans; HEX A mini babybel lights

i'm stuffed! i nearly lost the plot, went to grab some doritos but realised i needed a carb hit so made dinner # 2 in 15 minutes... catastrophy avoided!
