Steph's final SW diary

Back on SW after a long hiatus, luckily managed to stay within 2 lbs of when I left.

End of week 1, had to flexi syn this week due to 2 weddings and a weekend away. But 2 lbs off this week. I need to get to the point where I don't punish myself and can still fit sw around my life, so even if the road is a bit slower with flexi syns, I am not going to worry about it.

B: skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, fruit salad, natural yoghurt

L: Roast veg with puy lentils and roast king prawns HE B (olive oil)

D: Coronation chicken pasta salad from sw mag.

S: fruit
E: 1 hour yoga
W: 1 litre water, mint tea

Hi all. Made the coronation chicken/pasta salad from the sw mag and YUK! I won't be making that again! LOL

B: tea, egg, 2 slices ww toast
MM: Banana
L: SW Chips, egg, beans
D: Balsamic peach & chicken kebabs, basmati rice, veg 1/2 HE B for olive oil

S: mini milk 1.5
W: 2 litres
