    Morning all! Lovely and sunny in London today and getting warm!!

    B: skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, porridge HE B

    L: Courgette, chickpeas, tomatoes etc over brown rice, fruit salad, yoghurt

    D: Baked herby chicken HE B for olive oil, salad, tzatziki, stewed rhubarb (syns) with 0% greek yoghurt

    S: fruit
    E: none today
    W: 3 litres

    Breakfast : Nimble toast x2 laughing cow spread

    Lunch, cous cous red onion and pepper with 2 meat free burgers from tesco

    Dinner, baked pot with cheese and beans

    3 x coffee
    Snacks, strawberries and muller light

    Exercise , a 2 mile bike rise and 2 mile walk

    Lovely menu as always;)
    We have lots of rhubarb in our garden and I am going to make some rhubarb and ginger ice cream, not today as I have a 'dicky' tum and stayed at home today.

    B: 2 slices WW wholemeal thick sliced toast (B), marmite, 2 scrambled eggs

    L: Sticky chinese pork (from new mag) with a bag of stir-fried veg (all free - yum); Iced skinny sf vanilla latte (A)

    D: Nigella Lawsons' Turkey with gherkins and dill (negligible syns), broccoli and green beans in a mustard caper sauce (about 2 syns) followed by mega fruit salad topped with vanilla muller light and crushed meringue (2.5)

    Snacks: fruit throughout day if needed
    Syns: meringue nest (2.5) and sauce for veg.

    Might have some Babybel (A) and cereal bars (B) in the evening

    get weighed on thursday and i lost the plot at the weekend. i was good during the day but had 2 birthday bbq's to attend and i was crap...but never mind!!! i have decided to stick to success express until thursday to try and undo any damage done!

    missed breakfast today as it's my day off and i didn't wake until 11am!

    lunch:
    1/3 plate = baked beans
    2/3 plate = plum tomatoes, mushrooms and 2 quorn sausages
    plus = 2x400g wholemeal toast(hex b). ketchup(1 sin)

    dinner:
    1/3 plate = sin free chips
    2/3 plate = omelette (made with 2 eggs, water, mushrooms, onion, pepper and 42g low fat cheddar) and salad
    plus = ketchup (2 sins)

    supper:
    whole plate = fruit salad

    snacks:
    hi-fi bar (hex b), cheese curls (3.5 sins)

    Hi everyone, it's been a lovely day in Manchester:D

    B: 2x weetabix with LF yogurt & mixed
    berries.

    L: Baked potato with salad & cottage
    cheese.

    D: Boiled rice with asda GFY Bhuna sauce & Quorn (25% of the jar = under 2 syns)

    Hex (a) Milk for drinks
    Hex (b) 2x weetabix
    Hex (b) 1 wholemeal bap.

    Snacks: fruit & yogurts

    SYNS: 25% of GFY sauce 2 syns
    Half a snack size Twirl 4.5 syns
    ww cheese puffs 3.5 syns
