Moonlights' (temporary) Maintenance

well three very close to me people have all had their gall bladders out,and all three
did both diets,i'm the only one in the group who still has one. :eek:
 
I already don't have a gall bladder so I'm safe there ;) but crash diets are pretty much proven to cause stones, yep.
 
Today:

100g bacon
100g portobello mushrooms

200g chicken marinated in soy sauce and mirin
300g Aubergine fried in butter

10g kp salt n vinegar peanuts
30g peanut butter

Tea with alpro

Carbs Inc meds: 31

Forgotten about aubergine, think u will try that for tonite, keep the menus coming.
 
Aubergine is delish. Made the meal v filling too.

Today very scrappy as I was busy all morning and then asleep. Hopefully make up on veg tomorrow.

45g kp salt n vinegar peanuts (5g carbs in that).
25g blueberries

40g normandie Brie
100g bacon
1 egg omelette

Tea with alpro.

That's all I've managed today. Might have a little garlic Philly with smoked salmon before bed.

Am in so much pain. Just ache all over. Stupid body, stupid useless bones.

Ah well. Picked up a chicken kebab & salad (no pitta) on the way home and have been nibbling at it between sleeps since 1pm.

Have a pork chop defrosted in case I wanted it later but if not will probably become tomorrows lunch.

Proper menu later.
 
Today's menu, not the best but incapable of cooking.

1/2 slice of bacon from a bacon roll

Large chicken shish kebab with mixed salad and garlic mayo: no pitta obvs.

30g peanut butter

Mug of hot alpro with vanilla and sweetener
Tea with splash of milk

Carbs Inc meds: 28

Done with busy mornings for a while so hopefully can get back to proper eating.
 
Shattered this morning. Slept 12 hours & still too achy to get up. Who can I hire to make brunch in bed?

One v large pork chop with crackling

30g Milano salami
30g blue cheese

100ml alpro almond milk (trying it: prefer ordinary soya)

Carbs Inc meds: 15

At least the chop was so huge that cals for today aren't too absurdly low. I was going to do cauliflower with garlic and herb phili but couldn't stand up long enough to do it.

Tomorrow will be better.
 
I wish I was - it's a while since I've been hit this hard and I have work to get done so need some energy / less pain.

Food today... Ok. I hope the crispy duck's acceptable. Should be?

Menu:

20g peanut butter

200g cauliflower
10g butter
70g phili with garlic and herbs

Crispy duck
Cucumber
Spring onion
Mayo

Tea with alpro soya

Sorry to hear your feeling so bad, I know what it's like with mum. The more your pushing yourself to get things done the more it's gonna linger for. Just keep off your feet, take care xx
 
I'm off my feet but work from home so I need at least the mental faculties to do that. Sadly lacking right now but fighting towards a big deadline on Friday.

Menu:

2 slices bacon
10g kp peanuts

200g rhubarb

Fillet steak
Fried egg yolk
Portobello mushrooms

Cup of warm alpro with sweeter.

Mfp says 17g Inc meds.

Was planning more cauli and Philli today but again, too tired.
