Hahaha I was the same, I did some extrA zumba, my goal is less though only half of yours lol! 10,000 steps will be a push for me today though coz I'm not planning to go anywhere! Xx
 
when I'm not in London my daily step count is awful!! I'm lucky to get to 3000!

On a normal day in London with my commute it's around 11000.

How's today going moo ? another good day ?
 
Im doing well Cat :) food wise not walking. Lol. Been sleeping a lot.
I wake up night time 4 am and cannot go back to sleep. To many thoughts in my mind. Then again Im sleeping day time and all repeats.

Omlet with cheese (he) , beans, fresh salad, turkey and muller light yogurt.
If you havent tasted this yogurt. Try it. Its 1 syn in sw and 99 cal for others. Tastes like heaven :)

I had nice evening last night. Even tho xmas day started with figth ( me and my sis dont get along) it did finish very well.

Step on the scale today to see what the overeating and drinkinng can do. Not a pretty number. 115,8
but now I know again where I stand and what I want.

Good morning everyone.

So today I did my step on scale to be ready for tomorrow and I did not like the number there. Uh. 115,9 again.

I was ok food wise yesterday and all other days but going over at christmas eve have been enought for my gain.
Im back on plan and I have a goal ahead but wish I would not be so much again

It is amazing how much I can eat when Im boored.
Something to think about and then think some more.

Anyway , whats done is done and about 75 syn worth of food is gone to black hole. Cant say I feel quilty but Im not happy about it. I need to see and understand why I sabotase myself like this. Need to stop searching for reasons "why" and find a way to not let this happen.

Right now I feel so full thats its uncomfortable. Tomorrow is a new day and I will start again :)

So, gain this week 5,5 lbs

Now some of you do sw aswell and you know that plan changes a little. We got our new books today and I personaly think its great. New wave will give me the extra tick I need.

There is new power tool as well. SP - speedy and protein rich food plan. 50/50. So I will do this one for few days to get back on track and get rid of those extra pounds I gained.
