More advice needed please! Can i do slimming world for 1 week and then exante for 1?

So just as the title says.. would this still work? Im really struggling on 100% TS Exante and would like to do this? Anyone know of any pros/cons? I have no idea what it would do to my weight loss, probably make it fluctuate alot?

Any thoughts would really be appreciated

I don't think that's a great idea.it's better to stick to one diet.

Bad idea you'd be better looking at doing done like the simple solution which is all 3 packs and 600cal. But honestly your better off not doing exante as if you cant give up food this diet would be pointless. As the point is to remove food to lose the weight then maintain.

not a god idea love if you need a bit of fod wy dnt you do the upper plans like simple solution or the working solutions instead of slimming weight
