I just saw an amazing lady on Facebook who lost 9 stone in a year and went from a 24-26 to a 10-12
She looked fantastic. No hanging skin either which is a big fear of mine!

Hi Mrs - I don't have that much to lose but there's a great section on here called WEMITTS which is for the folks with quite a lot to lose. They're a great bunch of ladies and so supportive. Have you checked that out? X

It's in slimming clubs -> a lot of weight to lose.?

It's a very active board and you won't feel alone and will get bags of support

Im not quite 10 stone, but I think pretty close to it Never been skinny so have no idea what weight to actually aim for... currently 19stone 4lbs
