back on track today.....had a banana shake for breakfast and got my water bottle filled. was hoping to start yesterday but had a really off day.....i kind of did an atkins/s&s day but really did eat too much so today im determined to get back on track. iam not even gonna weigh myself so bit gutted that i didnt even manage the goal i set on the feb challenge but hey ho. i can now concentrate on the easter challenge.just want to get through 1 week tfr esp at the weekend then im sure it will get easier.good luck to everyone xxxxx
