good morning fellow Lipotrimers!
Whats everybody up to today?
I'm not up to much today, just the usual, cleaning house, entertaining 2 bored children, avoiding the OH like the plague (he's currently giving up smoking & is a nightmare to be around) so will prob be on here quite a lot today to escape.
Anybody doing anything exciting?

I'm sitting here waiting for the rain to stop so I can get out in the garden. We are in the process of building a decked area.
Then at 12 I will be going to pick up my daughter who has been away for a week. I can't wait to see her.:D

Morning kay, i hope the weather clears for you, just think all the fat you will be burning doing physical work in the garden! xx
Nothing exciting planned here. Have a humonguos pile of ironing to get done which i am not looking forward to!! Arsenal are playing today so my hubby and kids will be busy watching that so i might actually get something done!!!

Maaaawnin' :D

I've just had a choc shake with a teaspoon of Carte Noire kicker & listening to the rain on the window (which is actually quite nice).

I'm gonna do some womans work (sorry HOUSE-work ;) ) & go & buy some kit to wear at the gym :)

I may even get my arse into gear & nail a mix I've been promising to do for yonks but haven't yet done
I am off to Mum and Dads for the weekend with my sister who's visiting here from Athens (she lives there) hoping to get outside in some decent weather as she moaning it's cold already (used to 35 -40c) Helping mum install a computer, which no doubt she will crash straight away and we'll be taking the dogs for a few walks, then back to rainy Manchester - not that exciting but busy.

I got a few things to do today...

1. Clean my house - BIG TIME :sigh:
2. Go to the vet and get trained on how to drain my dogs anal glands
3. Go to gym for 1 hour work out :)
4. Write a brief for a website developer :)
5. Write a proposal for another work project :)
6. Walk my dog :)

If i get all this done today i will be a very happy girl! :) xox

Why dont you try a couple of ducolax, sounds less messy:D
some mad thing that he has started getting - you need to wear rubber gloves and go inside and squeeze things to drain them - vet said he will have this condition for the rest of his life - so rather than have to run to the vet everytime he is in pain i asked the vet if he could train me on how to relieve him myself. i hate to see him in pain and it seems easy to do as i have seen the vet do it a couple of times.

doesnt sound pleasent - but love conquers all xox

on the up lol

might even get in mood to excersise ... dunno yet :p
Julz.... get ready - not a pleasant experience !!!! and the stench... well - i'll let you see (maybe it wont be so bad on a smaller dog) but my god:eek::eek::eek::eek:

OH 2HR eeek! He got them drained in vet 1 month ago - that was the first time - then on monday he was going crazy and he got them drained again - then yesterday he was going crazy again - 4 days later - omg - i called the vet and said if it is going to happen this often i would want to learnt what to do... the vet told me to come into day - but now he seems ok? so i dont know what to do?? ill maybe phone the vet and tell him i will wait until he goes mad again - just incase they have burst themselves then he might not need them drained for a while (fingers crossed)....

does ur dog have this condition also????
