Its lovely and sunny here - pity its not warmer - but can tell springs on its way wooh!!!

Just had a quick test and in ketosis still - seriously this the longest ive ever lasted on this diet in ketosis - though i admit the other night i dipped my finger in choc spread - the shame!!!!!!!

But thank god im in ketosis still. Got a weigh in tonight anyway so looking like a good 4lbs off again so very pleased!

Good morning to you too. Its lovely and sunny here in London. I am back on track I hope after the death of my Father in law and attending his funeral. I have eaten all the bits I should not and did not need. But hopefully now the sun is out, I can start afresh. Good luck to all with losing more weight.

It's a lovely sunny day here too, and I can see snowdrops, daffodills and crocuses in my garden.
I'm feeling happy today and positive for my first weigh in.

so far im just 3 cups of tea down

I've not managed to have a coffee since last Saturday. I did try, but it was just awful without milk.
Never mind, I'm sure I'll manage without it.
