There not on there!?! This is all they have under 'morrisons' 'digestives' are they called anything else?

should be the 5% less fat ones!
calories per biscuit 65, fat 2.4g, carbs 10g, fibre 0.5

We need to know the portion size in grams and the protein

I estimated the grams at 5, 10 and 15 as im rubbish at guessing and it says 3.5 syns per digestive on all plans.

thanks, just trying to calculate my syns for key lime cheesecake..had to adjust the recipe!

yes, that's the one...I like it, OH thinks it's a bit jellyish - i had 2 double up on the ingredients for the size of my cake tin so not sure if that's why, I love cheesecake and this has hit the spot for me, think i'll be looking for a strawberry one next week!
