Hi, I have just bought this at Morrisons. It is in a microwavable tub. I am new to the syn calculator and i had 2 different outcomes of 6 syns and Free! can someone help? Nutrition Values:
Per 100g
36cal
1.1 protein
6.6 carbs
0.6 fat
portion size 330g

If you state "no free food" it is 6 syns, but if you say that it contains veg (which it does at 33%) then it says its free.

Hope that isnt too confusing!!!

What are the main ingredients? If it is veg then it would be okay to include the free food allowance.
