Hello, the morrisons rotisserie chicken is it free if you remove all skin and inly eat breast meat?

Yeah but if the skin is removed then so is the seasoning?

this is an ongoing discussion. I'd love to know the answer as i REALLY like rotisserie chicken.

Previous posters have said it's not free as they add things in the supermarkets to add flavour and make the brown...

The syns above is including skin.

So long as you remove all skin/fatty bits, it is free

Our leader told us just this week to steer clear as it is injected with fat. I remember a friend telling me that years ago too.

D'you know what. My sister in law works on a chicken counter, knows im doing SW, she has before but gave it up, and quite happily sells me chickens. ....if shes injecting them.with fat im gonna kick off!!!!! Lol.

I never even gave it a thought yano... I shall ask on my weekly shop at morrisons and investigate! I shall go back to Sainsburys if they do! ...Where they probably do it aswell! Lol.
