Hi everyone! :crazy:

I've been doing Weight Watchers for over 4 weeks now and I've managed to lose 14 lbs/1 stone!

I would really like to subscribe to people who have a similar daily allowance to me, so let me know :)

So, today I had:

Breakfast
Skipped, because I woke up way too late. Uh oh.

Lunch
Large wholemeal tortilla wrap 6pp
1 slice of ham 1pp
1 slice of Calvita cheese 1pp
1 tsp of light mayo 1pp
Lettuce, tomato, spring onion 0pp

Dinner
Chicken breast (it was pretty big) 6pp
Stuffed with:
Low-fat cheddar cheese 3pp
35g light philadelphia w/chives 1pp
Lean bacon 2pp
Spring onion 0pp
Jalapenos 0pp
Topped with:
Breadcrumbs from 1 slice of WW bread 1pp
(This dinner is delicious!!)
Served with:
Carrots
Green beans

Evening
2 slices of WW bread 2pp
1 tsp of light mayo 1pp
1 slice of Calvita cheese 1pp
Turkey slices 2pp
Lettuce, tomato, spring onion 0pp

Snacks
1 portion of Sugar-free jelly with Mullerlight yoghurt 2pp
3 chocolate covered rice cakes 6pp

Drinks
Lots of water
Fruit tea
2 Options Turkish Delight hot chocolate (One had skimmed milk) 4pp

Dailies used : 40/40
Weeklies used: 0/49

Hi I'm doing ww too, I have also lost just over a stone, prob more as I was afraid to get on the scales! Anyway last weigh in 10 st 12 hoping to get to 9st 7lb for Christmas, that dinner sounds gorgous!!!!!
